About the author, Deborah de Satgé
Reflecting on her work life so far – ranging from magazine publishing through politics, event management and communication – Deborah spotted the one thing they all have in common: writing. So she’s finally given in and is now indulging her real interest – creating stories for others’ enjoyment. As mother, godmother and aunt to many, children have featured heavily in her life (she even was one herself a while back) so her primary focus has been on children’s books.
Books are just one aspect of this writer’s work. Deborah is an expert in employee engagement and strategic internal communication and is particularly adept at turning complicated technical language into a good read. Coaching and mentoring communicators and leaders, making strategy into narrative and creating campaigns to address actual issues are key interests.
